February: David McMillen

August 28, 2010 No Comments
David McMillen is a regular guest poet at the Bucktown Revue and a veteran of appearances going all the way back to the show’s first season.

Dave is a native of Freeport, Illinois, happily married to a pre-school teacher, currently residing in Moline, and a social service worker who also dabbles in music, gastronomy, gaming, and, last but not least, poetry.

This year Dave will also be featured bard at the Celtic Festival and Highland Games (which is moving this year to Centennial Park on the Mississippi River in downtown Davenport). Rumor has it Dave may wear a kilt to September’s Bucktown Revue. That alone will be worth the price of admission!
